I’ve been meditating on change and transformation this Fall season. As plants die back and our lives shift, I have considered how I am managing.
“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude,” the incomparable Maya Angelou said.
How hard is it, though, to change your mindset about something you don’t like and something you cannot change? The work of contemplation and self-care can be challenging!

I am acknowledging and welcoming this slower work period, and a busier family period with excitement and joy. Also a little franticness as I keep a close eye on the diary.
I am also working on including changes I want to bring into life. (Returning to journaling for example.) To keep track I have a little habit tracker on my phone to tick off each time I do one.
