I’ve been meditating on change and transformation this Fall season. As plants die back and our lives shift, I have considered how I am managing. “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude,” the incomparable Maya Angelou said.
I am acknowledging and welcoming this slower work period, and a busier family period with excitement and joy. Also a little franticness as I keep a close eye on the diary.
I am also working on including changes I want to bring into life. (Returning to journaling for example.) To keep track I have a little habit tracker on my phone to tick off each time I do one.

Glad to hear it! We all could benefit from slowing down...
